Had a reason to buy from Dell. I know, I know, I should have known better.

Anyway, half the delivery....the expensive half..... didn't turn up. Got a refund on that, fairly quickly to be honest, but the other half, which was of no use alone, was not refunded, on the grounds I had actually received it. It wa collected today (one month on), but I have to wait until it gets back and is processed before I get the cash back.

Anyway, to the point. For (non)delivery to me they use a no-name company, cheap and nasty. For collection back it's one of the big names. Does this seem fair and equitable?
