Ok then, I'm shipping out four weeks from tomorrow to Lanzarote! And I won't be back until at least November 1st! Woohoo!!!
Not sure if I update people before, but because of the skills they perceived in me and how I interviewed, they actually offered me a better position with one of their luxury brands as a "Specialist Concierge". This means 24hr phone availability (with company phone, and only for 5.5days a week), more money, a company vehicle and that I will be personally looking after guests in different hotels and/or villas possibly in different areas of the island.
These are the villas, and frankly I think they look amazing:

Having taken a little advice from Rachel in TUI HR (who is very chatty and has been in Majorca for the last 3 summers) on things she thinks I'll want whilst there, so far I'm thinking (in no particular order):
Purchase summer clothes and pack 40kg of them and other things into two bags
Purchase camera of some kind
Purchase mp3 player of some kind
Purchase portable HDD to stick all my 260gig of music on, plus some TV and movies to keep me occupied on the evenings when according to Rachel I "just won't want to go out, again".
Purchase some proper shaving stuff, coz if I have to shave everyday, I want some good stuff.
Either sell, or loan my car to someone as it can't sit around all summer, that's no good for it.
Organise any appropriate insurance situations.
Cancel phone contract and decide whether to port number to PAYG or whatever.
Organise all of my belongings and bin/give away anything I don't need.
Once I'm down to the stuff I have to keep, find somewhere to put it (hopefully parents, but don't know if they have room).
Pack up PC, BD Player, TV, speakers, two amps, CD player, MD player, switch, cabling etc. etc. and find somewhere to put it all, sell it, or loan it to someone I can trust.
Move out of the work flat by my last day of work, which is March 12th and find somewhere to sit tight until the Thursday.
Try to see all the people that I actually give a crap about and maybe organise some sort of leaving do.
Sort out a Nationwide account so that I can withdraw money for no charge (assuming they still do that).
I'm probably missing things, so any thoughts, or advice, would be very much appreciated!
