I'm with Melvin in spirit. I wouldn't mind so much, but the Royal family's track record on marriage is hardly impressive- the Queen's sister and three of her children all divorced. I don't wish them any ill, but I can't wait until the whole [LIFTED] thing is over! |

I happen to agree with Melvin as well, even though Mrs. V. will be watching every bloody second of it, no doubt. Thank goodness for PCs and headphones!

I have only watched a little segment of it. Mainly the news highlights so only a few minutes worth, but I do think that the media have gone overboard about the whole event. As to the cost the sums involved are minimal and it will cheer up many. If you are not that bothered go and do something else instead. |
