I've been cycling into work and back home again for the past couple of days and doing my normal training.

The cycling hasn't been too strenuous but I've been feeling really light headed for the past 2 days.

Even today, I drove into work this morning but I'm still feeling light headed and finding it hard to focus on stuff etc...

I have been eating more than normal to compensate for the extra exercise but not sure what to do now?

Should I ignore it and let it pass or go see a doctor?

I feel close to being sick at the moment.

How does your pulse feel.
-Slow, normal, fast?
-Weak, normal, strong?

Breathing rate per minute?

Temperature.
-Cool, normal, hot?

Perspiration.
-Dry, normal, wet?

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I would suggest at least calling NHS direct, you may be able to get an answer from them more easily. I only found out that I suffer from Menieres when I started having problems with light-headedness, balance trouble and feelings of sickness, it was really disconcerting when it started.

Possibly, it has been quite bad this year.

Overtraining? A cold? Sounds like you need a bit of rest.

Could be just about anything. Not sure why lupus or sarcoid would factor into this.

If it persists or you're adversely affected, go seek medical attention.
