Angel of the North? The Kent Horse has been known about for ages. The latest developments I’ve read about is that anti vandal precautions will cost far more than the statue itself. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-14011623 There were also plans to put a “ghost village” in the North Sea off the coast of Essex to mark the place of a real village which was lost to erosion centuries ago. |
