Just did Total Warrior 10 mile run yesterday! Awesome run! http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk 10 miles over fells, through rivers, fire, tunnels, water, mud, 7ft high walls, etc... Just your run-of-the-mill 10 mile run PIctures are here... http://www.sportsunday.co.uk/photo11892384.html That's me coming through the last obstacle called "The Shocker"... those steel cables are plugged into a car battery! Got me on my knee too! Pictures of the other obstacles are on the site but I'm not in any of them. Managed a 1:43:25 finishing time though! Top 32% of the runners!

The "afro" in my avatar is just long (ish) hair. I found out there is another company who had more photographers at the event. OK, I promised more photos... The start... The human BBQ... (It's my arm that you can see behind the front guy) One of many "river" crossings... Like I said... lots of mud... (we had to go under those logs) Slip'n'slide! The shocker! At the end of the run...
