I remember a TV show when I was younger. It featured a black kid/teenager with a cylindrical hair cut (imagine an afro that's trimmed in the shape of a cylinder). I don't know if there were two of them (twins, brothers etc). Think it must've been comedy or aimed at kids. No, it's not the Fresh Prince.

Corrected. Not Keenan and Kel. It was earlier than than.
Might possibly have been Kid'n'Play. Certainly Kid looks like the guy in my memory.
