I've preordered the kindle version. Will be getting it on 24th Oct.

I had pre-ordered the paper version back in August, or possibly before...Getting it at the end of the month thanks to Amazon honouring earlier release dates :D

You can't pre-order the iBook version via the UK App store. It's only available in the US one. Which iTunes won't let people outside the US order from.
I'm sure some on here will find that amusing.

UPDATE : I was wrong, it is. It's just if you click on the link to the US edition, iTunes pops up a box saying it isn't available in your region. However if you search for it it shows up. Obviously they haven't 'linked' the different region's editions together correctly.

Aww this is so touching:

Why had he been so eager, during close to 50 interviews and conversations over the course of two years, to open up so much for a book when he was usually so private? “I wanted my kids to know me,” he said. “I wasn’t always there for them, and I wanted them to know why and to understand what I did.”
