Trillion frame a second camera... ...and they decide to shoot still life video... OK... (I realise it isn't actually still life but it may as well be). |

The pulsing light isn't "still". The same goes for shooting a photon through a cola bottle. |

The downside of the method is that the image is built up from separately captured 1D lines, so the object cannot be moving. It's quite a cunning adaptation of the standard streak camera, more often used for dynamic spectroscopy. |
