I wont, but some will. Provided they don't let it creep until the service is useless, then fine. |

I think it could be a great idea. open up the archives to watch all those programmes that will never be released on dvd/br or are insanely expensive. The revenue could then be reploughed into making new stuff. but if they did they would [LIFTED] it up. |

With the picture quality I get on iPlayer, and the seemingly constant buffering I get on the PS3 version of it at the moment, then no. |

I'm not against the idea. In fact, I'd like to make the entire BBC subscription based with no licence tax. |

I doubt I'd pay. I can usually watch the programmes I miss within the current free time limit. Other programmes I want to see I either have on DVD, are on other Freview channels at a later date or could be recorded on VHS/PVR etc. |

I might pay for older shows from the 70s/80s that I watched as a kid and didn't really get to watch again. I don't think I could watch the entire series of Fawlty Towers, for example, but might be nice to watch the odd show here and there. For some reason, when I read about this last night, I started looking up videos of Laurel and Hardy. |

Yes, I would pay a small monthly fee for access to classic BBC programmes. |
