Thick cloud cover, raining, not a hint of blue or sun in the sky.
Did anyone else get to see it?
I also missed the last lunar eclipse because of sh*t weather

I got up at 05:00 to see what I could see. A little cloud cover that happened to be of benefit by acting as a filter.

Complete gayness. Fell asleep around 3am and hence unable to get up to view the bleeding thing. I'll have to wait over a 100 years now!

I've had a chance to review and tidy up the images I took this morning and this one below is what I consider to be the best.  Thinking about it now I had plenty of time to use other locations with other subjects than the tree. Well it was stupid o'clock in the morning and no coffee. Maybe next time.... |

Splendid photo, Belching. I have a dust spot on my sensor so I can take a photo of a planet in front of the sun any time I want.
