installing iOS beta

How the f*ck do you install a beta iOS version?

I've got my phone in recovery mode but it keeps asking to restore to version 5.1.1.

I want version 6!?

Any ideas? I know for a fact that you don't need to register with the hundreds of websites that say you do when you google it.

Any ideas?

LOL! Found it now.

You have to option click the "Restore" button.
