I had a stamp collection when I was a kid. Think it's still at my parents house somewhere, possibly in the loft.

Do DVD's count? I suspect that's just more of the general accretion of 'stuff' that occurs to most people.
I don't actually go out and collect anything.

I don't actually collect anything in particular.

The nearest I get I suppose is adding to my CD music collection. I've done the Beatles in date order, and now I'm working through Pink Floyd.

I suppose dust bunnies don't really count?

Tintin books - I’ve got them all in English and French, along with a few reprints and other editions, along with a satellite collection of Blake and Mortimer (created and drawn by an ex Studios Hergé artist E P Jacobs).

I also have a lot of action figures - Dr Who, Buffy, etc. etc.. Pretty much whatever takes my fancy. I have a formidable line up of Daleks. :D

Here’s a selection - though this needs a lot of updating. http://www.worldofpaul.com/scifishelf/

I'm not really one for collecting either, I suppose you could say I collect "series' of books" but that's not necessarily the type of thing you mean. I used to collect D&D figures, horse brasses and erasers, but I stopped playing D&D when I got back from the US (and couldn't bring all my figures anyway) grew out of horse brasses and used up all the erasers

Since then I've grown too OCD to collect things, I have a 6 month rule for everything, if it's not been used in 6 months, then it gets donated/chucked, the only exceptions are things like DVDs, music and books.

I collect cloth badges for places I've been, got a load of places from Cornwall, Devon, a few places in Scotland...It's annoying when people do walking stick mounts, but not cloth badges
My plan is to get a camping blanket, sew on some togs in a couple of places, add holes for the togs, and turning it into a dual-purpose blanket, I should be able to wear it as a cloak 8-) I'll add badges (place and scouting badges) to it to suit it when worn. It'll un-tog become a blanket after the camp fire :D
It's been my plan for the last eight years...I've got to convince the purple one she wants to do some designing and sowing some time :P

I used to collect pens from places, but most of them are naff, and I ran out of space quite quickly...

PCs.

I have just fired up my data base to check and I have 17 PCs and laptops, but two are not in an operational state (one has no HDD, one has no RAM). At present, 10 are in use, or ready to be used. The rest are in storage- one is undergoing a rebuild after MAJOR Windows XP corruption.

I used to be an avid collector of Eggberts and although I can't recall how many we have got, there are over 200 for sure, including many limited and collectors' pieces. There are no new ones being created now AFAIK, and most of what appears on Fleabay we already own, so I haven't added to my collection for ages.

EDIT- Sorry, didn't see the bit about not computer or tech related. My bad.

Anything remotely geeky - action figures, graphic novels, T-shirts, video games, posters...

I've also got two Alchemy Gothic watches, does that count? ;)

Nothing.

When I was a kid, I collected that 'world aircraft' magazine type thing.

Other than that, I don't actively seek out things.

Did I mention my liking of the QWERTY keyboard? I have quite a number - typewriters, computers (both in use and in retirement), PDS, and even a little one clipped to my Playstation controller. I’ve always liked them. Of course, the old computer collection overlaps this quite a lot. Someone might like to draw a Venn diagram.

I wouldn't really class myself as a collector of anything. There are several things that I have relatively extensive collections of, but all for a purpose rather than for the sake of having them.

My mum started a collection for me of spoons of places I've visited which I'm now continuing. Other than that I have an obsession with models - be it trains, planes, ships or the Swedish variety,
