strange man knocking on door asking if I have any unwanted junk, I said I have a load of ww2 stuff I need rid of and he wanted to come in but I wouldn't let him, I wasnt dressed yet so he agreed to come back at half 1, so ive taken the stuff I want rid of in a 1913 dated sack in my car boot so I can show him at my car instead of my house if he ever does come back,

This happens within a couple of days of speaking to a snooty Laird about renting some land to store junk.

Perhaps you are not paranoid enough!

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

That's a fair point. You've been stealing items off someone's land for ages.

And you've been very public in noticing all of those secret illuminati messages on cans of beans.

If I were them I would be pissed.

And who's to say I'm not one of them?

He hasn't responded in a while. Do you think he was thrown in the boot and driven to a deserted woodland?
