Do you know if your social media posts could get you in trouble or not?

I've recently been mis-tagged as Bob Halstead. Now I've met him once, and we got on really well, but he's older than my dad.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Cheers for that - might be useful for the students in work.
And I'm 52% outlaw, it turns out.

I'm such a goody-goody.

I got 18%, although I'm fairly certain I'm not an "accidental outlaw". There were things that I didn't think were illegal, but just wouldn't do out of common sense, and there were things that turned out to be illegal that I thought may not be covered by law you'd be pretty foolish to do.

9% although I wouldn't tweet stuff like that anyway.

This point is important I think:

"Whilst Twitter is global, law is local. You can sometimes get away with expressing an "opinion" in the UK, in other countries, including the US, this is not a valid defence. In some circumstances court action is taken in a different country - where the plaintiff thinks the law is better suited to them for one reason or another"

From the link given earlier.

39%

I'm such a crim. Well, more accurately, I would be a crim if I used Twitter, Facebook, BBM or had my own blog. ;)

I don't get how I've racked up 52%. I'm pretty well versed in this stuff. Hmm.
