With all these forumites with cars, I can't help thinking that there should be a gathering of vehicles somewhere next year. |

Why not? We do this with the Crossfires - and I know other groups do the same. The general programme we have with Crossfires is to either go somewhere - like a museum (Duxford, Brooklands have been destinations this year), or a country house (we’ve been to Chatsworth and Sandringham), or to meet at a pub and drive to a destination. And, yes, cars are admired. Bratty could bring his truck if he wanted to. It was just an idea - best done in the warmer months. |

I'd be up for that. But it'll have to be after April or I won't be here. Of course you're all welcome to meet me in Italy/Slovenia/Austria/Germany/Denmark at some point
