Post subject:  Photo Comp Sep 2012 - Starting My Day - Voting
Voting will now commence for this month and will remain open for one week closing on 7th October, 2012 at midnight.

The rules:

* Voting occurs for one week until midnight on the 7th October.

* Please vote for your favourite three images.

* You cannot vote for your own image*

Your 1st choice will be awarded 5 points.
Your 2nd choice will be awarded 3 points.
Your 3rd choice will be awarded 1 point.

If there is a draw on say for example 15 points, then the image with the least number of votes will win, such that an image with 3 votes for 5 points will defeat the image with 5 votes for 3 points. It won't be the '2nd best' for everyone, but it will be the 'best' for the few. If it's good enough for a Grand Prix then it is good enough for here.

Please try and keep this thread for votes only, it will make it easier for me to tally up later. If you must comment on images and decisions then please do so in the original thread (once it is unlocked).

This thread will run for 1 week only. At that time the winner will have the option of choosing the next theme, and the deadline for entries to that theme will be the end of the current month.

Most importantly, good luck to all entrants. Remember - it's free to vote.

Well they're all much more interesting than the shot I never took, so thank you four folks that made the effort in the morning! Perhaps "lazy afternoon" would draw more entries :lol:

Congratulations to rustybucket. :)

I've just considered that if we only had 3 entries, then entrants voting would technically be unable to provide 3 votes. If this were to happen in the future then to keep the anonymity it will be possible to vote for yourself, providing it is only 1 point / 3rd place.
