I'm trying to think of a couple of books. One is called something like "Intellegence" and the e is crossed out and replaced with an I. The other I only know the ending of. There is one character left at the end floating through space and they float for eternity so that time becomes irrelevant they see galaxies form and die etc... |

I've read the Space Odyssey books and the second one sounds like something from them? Arthur C Clarke? |

Could it be "Incompetence" by Rob Grant? |

You're like Hitler. Doubling Transistors Every Two Years. The current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the potential difference across the two points. No cars for miles and you meet another when you're both at the bridge. May as well start ticking all the laws off now. |

Glad to help with one at least. I'm afraid the only thing I can think of with someone left floating in space is the episode of Firefly with Jubal Early ![]() |
