Yes, you knew where that was headed... I did think, 'Ooh, bad timing!' when I saw it, but do you think it goes too far?

Obviously the DM is pushing it's usual angle of, 'Look at this filth! See the video below...'. But I think it's pretty contemporary as it goes. :?

A skimpy teenager?
Skimpy clothes, sure, but a skimpy teenager?

Would it be cynical to suggest the DM wouldn't have bothered running this story if it couldn't find a screen grab of said teenager to go with it?

Nothing like faux outrage as an excuse to show photos that you'd get faux outraged about if someone else published them.

That's what amused me - daily wail posted up pics and the advert. She's hot but in no way does that sexualise children and make me wanna go paedo.

Hey Ernie, Maybe a good idea to stop reading the Mail :)

Odd how one hand at the Mail gets affronted about a teenaged girl wearing little, while the other hand (on the web site) gets in a lather in a seriously pervy manner about girls much younger.

I don't, at least not in the way I read the BBC site, for instance. It shows up in the various aggregators I use :)

I generally won't post DM links unless it's got more detail/pics/video than elsewhere, as above for instance.

I must admit, I thought the ad was a bit questionable. Glad to find out she's 18!

She is also 18 so hardly illegal. Bizarrely this is what happens every day anyway. It hardly is encouraging girls to hike up their skirts. When I was at school the same thing happened. So it is more a case of art mirroring life. So really is this offensive? While many parents might hate to think that their precious daughter would do anything like this they would probably be unaware of the majority of things that they get up to.

I've just seen this ad for the first time in ages. It's been cut.

I think there is a new, different ad with the same boy and girl.
