Any advice?
I've got some spray stuff that seemed to work for a while but it has evidently worn off.
Just resprayed it now.
Just to be clear, if I see this dog in action it will never sh!t again. I will be recording video of my back garden from now on to catch it and when I do the police will be involved.
Thanks for the tips.

Get a lion? Or an ultrasonic device that gives out a sound that humans can't hear but keeps cats and dogs away?

1) Get a cat. Seriously, unless a dog charges them, they're likely to claw the dogs face if it gets too close 2) (as already said) get a fence 3) (only if you really hate dogs) poisonous slug pellets. 4) Audio dog scarer CLICKY, my mate has one to keep cats out of his garden. It seems to work.

I can't be the only one who read that and is now picturing Thor running at a cat maving his mighty hammer!

The back garden/yard is not somewhere that I can put up a fence easily. I can't have a cat as it's a rented (shared) house and no pets allowed. I thought about those ultrasonic things but do they really work? I've heard mixed reports about their efficacy. I've poured half the bottle of that spray stuff over the garden this morning so it should last another week or so. Then I'll start recording the video. Once I have it on video I will go and ask the owners to stop it from happening. I was hoping to find some laser guided rifle turret or something to eliminate the problem altogether I still think launching it out of the garden with a good kick whilst it's mid sh!t would be the best deterrant. I hate dogs but I hate dog owners who can't control their dogs even more.

IED? They seem very effective against our armed forces.

I'm not sure what an IED is, but the Amercian forces seem quite effective against our troops as well, as recent history has proven, (friendly fire)

Brilliant ideas!
The IED thing got me thinking!
How about a few half filled bottles of water with dry ice held just above the water and dropped when a trip wire is tripped.
30 seconds later it would explode with an almighty bang but not do too much damage!
