Nothing wrong with a righteous rant! I know people who don't get the whole faux bit though, which is a little scary...

>> A flying [LIFTED] <<
Tales from the cockpit

Half an hour into a New York
to London flight, passengers in
business class noticed a woman
with a crying baby being brought
through the curtains by a flight
attendant. They looked on in mild
horror as they saw the attendant
direct her into an empty seat
next to... James Corden.

Expecting a huge celebrity hissy
fit to kick off, Corden's cabin-
mates were impressed to see that
he didn't say a word or make any
sort of complaint. He simply put
on a pair of noise-cancelling
headphones, pulled an eyemask
over his eyes, and turned away
from her to sleep.

Pretty decent of him, right?

When the plane landed though,
passengers were surprised to
see Corden remain seated as the
woman with the baby struggled
to open the overhead locker.

And even more surprised when
she turned to Corden and said
"For [LIFTED]'s sake can you at
least hold the baby while I
get the bags down?"

The woman was his wife.

The baby was his baby.

This has cheered me up no end this morning:

I bet that [LIFTED] [LIFTED] bitch won't have to pay up personally though.

She probably thinks it's money well spent, to get her name in the papers again.

I'm not so sure. The last big payout Hopkins was required to make was paid by a newspaper because it was down to an article in the paper. I've not see anything to suggest that she was representing anyone but herself here so the liability is entirely hers. I guess she might have some sort of legal cover for this sort of eventuality (although I'd be reluctant to take her on as a client if I was an insurer).

I can't imagine any of the newspapers she drags her particular brand of fairground barker antics around would be willing to shell out £300K on her behalf when the thing she got hammered for wasn't on their time. I think that would be a pretty hard sell even for a well-respected editor to the company hierarchy.

It was on her own time, using her own social media, it's on her own head. Couldn't happen to a more deserving person.

The sad thing is she'll have to get the money back somehow, sop it probably means there's more chance of her popping up, because she'll be taking every single job she can possibly get. Hopefully editors/producers will be a bit gun shy of her (given if she did what she did in a newspaper column for example the newspaper WOULD be jointly liable) so she'll find it a bit hard. It would be.. darkly hilarious if she ended up as poor as the people she has such obvious contempt for.

I remember thinking 'She just hasn't gotten to your 'community' yet' when a gay girl in work said that hate peddler was only saying what people were thinking etc.

I only follow what I'm interested in, or tweet about geeky [LIFTED]. I can actually get to the end of my timeline!
