Saw a Tesco van pulling into their store yesterday, the driver had the window down with Enter Sandman absolutely blasting out of the cab. You could make out every word and I was tens of metres away lol.

Keeping up with Windows updates is a bit like coming home to find that everything you were storing in the bedroom is now in the pantry, the contents of which are now in the utility room, and being told we shouldn't worry about all that because the walls are a new color. #Windows10

I know people who lost files after 10 decided to move them, and others who didn't initially but now can't find jack sh1t. And those are the people whose computers haven't been thrown into a reboot loop.

I don't care what anyone says, 10 is MS telling you that you're thick and it knows better. And it may well do, with all that data harvesting going on.

I keep having people in work hand me their iPhone to 'fix it' or for me to show them some now basic user feature. After, I always walk away like, 'That unintuitive thing costs you how much!?'

For their own sanity many people would actually be better off on Android, but they're afraid of learning a new system and have paid for a lot of downloads.

It doesn't harvest any more data than Windows 7 or Windows 8, unless you opt in to using Cortana and sending additional information. At the base level, it sends back the same, anonymised, stability and crashes that previous versions sent back.

As to moving data around, I've installed / upgraded over 30 PCs since Windows 10, but I haven't had a single case of files disappearing or being moved.
