That confused me. One problem with following people on Twitter and G+ is that sense of déjà vu all over again...

Anyway, it's a great idea. Positive reinforcement ensures the viewer is more likely to remember which brands to avoid.

To be honest, the hamburger in that drawing looks way more interesting than the action on screen.

Would it still work if I shouted the work '[LIFTED]' just before 'Macdonalds'?

I am sure they would be filtering for only positive responses. I expect they'll be checking for tone of voice to be sure you aren't being sarcastic.

That's what they had in one of the episodes in the first series of Black Mirror.

Lol!

But presumably this will only work if you have one of those newfangled TVs with cameras and microphones?

And this, ladies and gentlemen (and bratty), is why people will continue to download films and TV.
Maybe.

Yeah - but imagine if the adverts could be played on your TV even if you weren't watching TV. Maybe they would appear when watching one of your downloads.

[LIFTED] off.
You really think I'd buy a TV that interrupted my download viewing with adverts?

Dear Sony
The purchasing decision of your wares lies with the consumer, not the advertiser. No one will buy this.

I wonder if they will make it say Like McDonalds and it will add a like to the McDonalds Facebook page at the same time.

Ooh, what a good idea. It could Tweet it too, and follow them at the same time. Quick - patent this.
