Who? Well, I guess that needs a spot of explanation. Allan B. Calhamer invented the game Diplomacy, which I expect some of you to have heard about it. I played it a lot in the past - both face to face and postally. In fact it's one of the few bard games that can be payed by post successfully. My set pretty much disintegrated. Oh wow. We used to play Diplomacy during my college years. Or, rather, a bunch of us would gather at a friends house, drink some beer, swear up and down we'd support each other's endeavours before turning on each other as soon as it was advantageous. I won a lot. |
