broken phone :( any way to retrieve contacts and pics?

smashed it on concrete slipping out hands, I think my contacts and lots of my pics are on the phone itself :cry: rather than the SIM, it switches on for short while then randomly cuts out :cry: really worried I lose those phone numbers :cry:

Tried it on a charge? Also, are you sure it didn't back stuff up to a card of some description?

took out battery and left it out for a bit, 5 mins then put back in and it seems to work fine now :x

Now might be time to either move the contacts onto the SIM card or backup another way (sync to PC, cloud backup, even a series of snapshots if that phone can do that). Or a good old pen and paper backup!

Mine are all on the computer and cloud. So no risk. Though backup is essential, what ever method.
