I've uploaded a video to youtube (my first!). But whilst I can view it on my computer and my iphone, my family abroad cannot. Are there any settings/restrictions I'm not aware of?

I chose youtube instead of emailing the video to everyone.

Where are they?

Public or private?

Dunno why I'm asking the questions, but somebody here might be able to help

Actually these are the things that might stop everyone watching. I have never uploaded a video either so even mention of privacy settings might not be apparent to someone who can watch it on all their devices. There may be region issues in the settings.
