It's some of the teachers I'd be more worried about...

In principle, I've little problem with this. Might even inadvertently help the younger kids better understand sex abuse in all it's forms - as I understand it that's still a taboo in education.

Given it's illegal to view porn until you're 18, teacher should not teach how to view porn.
What they should teach is values and respect for women.

Porn is the reason why:

- girls shave themselves
- girls now have hang ups about the appearance of their vulvae and want surgery
- girls are going for cosmetic surgery whilst still teens
- girls get fissures and tears from attempts at anal sex

There is a lot of pressure on girls to have sex and "experiment". I've heard anecdotes from colleagues about girls as young as 12 having sex with up to 50 guys; girls aged 12-13 engaging in "threesomes"; girls as young as 9-10 performing oral sex on boys.

I've always wondered why you can't watch people have sex (ie watch porn) until your 18, but you can actually have sex at 16.

That sounds like grooming. Though sex education should warn of the impact of anal sex and other effect. Shaving has also been responsible for the drop off in crabs. Even older women are shaving so that could also contribute to younger girls following the fad.

I didn't mean it in a dodgy way.
It just seems like a major contradiction. I always wondered why the weren't at at the same age (18).

Sorry my comment was aimed at cloaked wolf.

Your comment is right, and some kids start earlier than 16. Though decent sex education might have significant benefits. It might stop girls trying anal sex, if they knew the risks.

IFIFY. It's not about porn, it's about having some level of personal ethics and empathy for your fellow human being. If you have that, the other stuff falls out in the wash.

If you look at current sexual practices, they have their basis in pornography. Typically, it's boys who are viewing porn and then getting their girlfriends to do the acts. Peer pressure is also huge - the young girl who'd slept with so many men had done so because she had been pressured into it by her schoolfriends.

Prnography has a lot to answer for, but sexual promiscuity has been going on for centuries among young people. This is not a new thing.
