I saw that on an architectural blog a couple of months ago. An interesting concept, makes the users feel like Moses.

Um, if they get a heavy rainstorm (i.e. more in than the drainage can cope with) isn't it going to flood pretty quickly? |

There is drainage in the bottom and it has a raised walk section at the bottom so when water is pouring down the sides you can still walk through and stay dry. |
