Can't find the old one so I'm starting a new one

Apparently we're having deconstructed toad in the hole for dinner tonight. Basically sausages and Yorkshire puds.

:)

Got a friend over for tea tomorrow. Next to no food in and I don't feel up to really cooking, but this takes 10 minutes and I do have the bits:

I might do pudding for pudding:

Mmm pork belly. What do you marinate it in?

While not an exact receipe - something along the lines of

Crush / grate Ginger and Garlic
Soy Sauce
Sherry
5 spice powder
Schezuan Pepper
Brown sugar

Mix all together in a bowl

Could do - might add some lime peel in very slim slivers to the dish when stirfrying

This is one I did

But without the tahini as I had no idea what that was lol. The citris works really well with the pork but I like the sound of yours too.
