OK so I'm bored, but also a little curious cos I can't really decide myself yet... There's at least three of them I like different aspects of - Keaton because he was the first Batman I ever saw who WASN'T Adam West , Conroy cos the voice just worked brilliantly with the animation and style of the character in that show, and Bale, though that may just be because the recent films are genius... If I've forgotten anyone I'm sure you'll let me know EDIT - I've had to make an executive decision and rule Bat-pie out of the running to include Del-boy, my apologies to anyone who voted for Bat-pie , but I don't make the poll rules

Conroy. Not only did he fit the character best, his Batman had the best stories too. By the way, the voice actors for B:TAS are all recreating their parts for the Batman : Arkam Asylum video game due out soon.

Adam West's Batman was very corny and camp but it suited the era. Keaton's Batman was fantastic - everything was right - the acting, the suit, the setup - it was perfect. Kilmer's and Clooney's Batman were just wrong. They were worse than West's Batman. Bale's Batman was better. I'd place it below Keaton's. His acting was fantastic but the growly voice was a good way to disguise his natural voice (despite what others think). The suit wasn't as good IMO. I don't think the cartoons should count, or at least they should be in a separate poll as the 'Batman' is based on two things - the animators and the voice actors.
For the cartoons, Conroy's Batman was right - for me, it matched Keaton's Batman. Batman of the Future wasn't as good, but still enjoyable in it's own right. 'The Batman' cartoon is just crap. Can't comment on the B&B.
EDIT: How comes I can change my answer?

+1 You need check boxes, not radio buttons. Amongst other things: Keaton was superb because of his straight delivery, genuine vigilante attitude and wonderful Bruce. Bale makes Bruce the mask and the Bat the main character. For that he will probably have to be my favourite for a while yet.

I voted for Keaton, IMO he got the balance right. Kilmer was a non-starter and Clooney was swamped by a ridiculous plot that would have not made it into the 60's TV show. Bale takes it all too seriously and is too determined to prove he's a great actor.

Lewis Wilson, well, he was the original. I agree with cloaked_wolf on the actor list. Kilmer really didn't get the part right, but was interesting, same for Clooney, interesting interpretation, watchable, but wasn't really Batman.

I'm not the only one ho voted Adam West, but apparently the only one who will admit to it I voted West because it wasn't meant to be taken seriously. It was just fun.

Yes. I voted Clooney because I really do think he nailed both the Bruce Wayne character as well as Batman. It's just a shame he had the worst of the films. (8+( Mark

Radio buttons seemed to be the only option when I made the poll (something to do with the skin I'm using?) , and I deliberately made it so that you could change your answer since you could only choose one, and I didn't want people accidentally voting for Adam West I'm still none the wiser on who to vote for

The more I think about it, perhaps I'm giving Bale the benefit of the rest of ambience and the writing. Keaton was superb, I'm just not sure I can say "no contest" at this point. I will get onto the DVDs and continue to ponder...

Keaton was brilliant but overall I have to say Bale. The last two Batman film were amazing. My missus has no interest in comic-book genre films (hates them in fact) but loves the new Batman. That says a lot to me.
