I'd love to see him arrested for it

I don't know if he is a war criminal but I think there's a case that has to be answered about the justifications behind and conduct of the second gulf war and the invasion of Afghanistan. The only way that case is ever going to be answered is in a court, be it The Hague or somewhere else.

The second gulf war is questionable. Afghanistan was the source of the terrorist attacks in terms of planning but in terms of actual carrying it out then Saudi Arabia should have been the target.

I loved that Saddam stating that Osama was a blight on Islam and should die, was proof positive for Bush and Blair that they were best friends and working hand in hand.

+1 It was clear that Saddam was against al-Quada before the war. It was the "45 minutes from Armageddon" sexing up that was the trigger for war. The civil servant who wrote the dossier and Alistair Campbell were the real criminals.
