Hint: only one of these options is THE problem with the global diet at the moment, and Horizon has just knocked one out of the park in my opinion.

I watched Horizon too. Agree with Leeds, it was a compelling argument.

It was indeed a compelling argument and I was pleased to see them pointing out that the sample size of their experiment was too small to draw firm conclusions from.
Makes a nice change for this sort of program to point out such things.

Every now and then I would have a fry up but it was one of those blue moon occasions. If we did things in moderation it was all okay. I am trying to get it back to that state.
