Don't talk to me about insurance... Alex, (the 18 year old son) passed his driving test yesterday. I tried to add him to my car insurance. The car is worth a little over £2,000. they wanted about three and a half bleedin' grand! Robbing Bastrads!

Turns out it's actually cheaper for him to buy a brand new car than get insured on my eight year old Citroen C3.

What a joke...

I'm guessing the comparison is between the monthly premium for the insurance, versus the monthly payment for a cheap new car spread over (typically) 3 years on finance.

That quote has to be made up!

Six dead as Gaza disposal team tackles Israeli missile

Wtf were civilians doing that close to an Israeli missile? Their blast radius isn't a secret!

In Gaza, it's actually pretty hard not to end up close to an Israeli missile...

Only because the targets the israelis are trying to hit locate themselves in the densely populated areas. There are quite large areas that have a very low population density.

Paul Ross Reveals Drugs Addiction After Gay Lover Reveals Year-Long Affair

Quote:
Paul Ross has today revealed that, for the past year, he has been cheating on his wife with another man, and that he regularly snorted the drug mephedrone when he was with his lover.

Since her husband's confession, Jackie has pledged to stand by him, saying, "I’m not wiping out a 14-year relationship for six months of madness, I’m not. Because I know he loves me.

"I know 90 per cent of Paul is a good man. He’s a good dad. I feel the sex was part of the mephedrone package, I don’t see it as a gay relationship, I see it as part of the drugs.

That's some denial right there.
