I have gone off food that makes me "happy" as I usually just think of the fat and sugar content now, same with beer, I only drink socially now, and I don't socialise all that much.
The everyday stuff that makes me happy are:
Having done all the [LIFTED] that needs doing at work or at home.
Sitting down to watch a TV box set.
Jeff Stelling starting on Saturday.
Doing exercise (weights, footy, biking).
What has made me especially happy over the past few months include mountain biking, music festivals, sunbathing, bonus at work, losing weight.
