The best Christmas Song:

To summarise this poll, this is to decide whether Wizzard, Slade or The Pogues have the best Christmas Song* :P !

*Or at least what the cynical x404 lot decide is most acceptable/bearable.

There are loads of good ones, but Driving Home For Christmas is the best IMO.

Where's 'Mud - It'll be lonely this Christmas' on that list?

I'm glad you put the 84 Band Aid version.

I didn't include the ones that no one thinks are the best Christmas Songs!

Driving Home, is my favourite after Fairytale ;)

Also: Mud, surely you mean Elvis, but still.... not the best.

That's the second best after Driving home for Christmas.
At the very least you need an 'other' option.

No, I do mean Mud

You can link to the Elvis karaoke all you want, you'll still not be the one that authored the poll :D

I've now included an "Other" option for Levick.... the one that had to take the fall was Mistletoe & Wine by Cliff Richard... no one was going to vote for it anyway :)

Technically it's not taken a fall as it comes under 'other'. ;)

I've always tried to work out how Stay Another Day is even considered a Christmas song....... and it's crap.

Because they're wearing Santa hats in the video?

I must confess to being partial to the Darkness's Christmas Time song. It's mainly rubbish of course but the amount of filth they managed to tuck into it always riases a childish smile.
