It’s probably worthwhile being very grateful that they never had to put Alexander Siddig’s full name in the credits:
Siddig El Tahir El Fadil El Siddig Abderrahman Mohammed Ahmed Abdel Karim El Mahdi

Good grief. I bet if his Mum shouted that lot he really knew he was in trouble.

The New 'Star Trek' Series Is Coming To Netflix - Unless You Live In North America
http://sciencefiction.com/2016/07/18/ne ... h-america/

The distribution sucks balls, but a free trial or even a one month payment would let you watch the new series once all were on there...

Only if you don't have access to Netflix (outside North America).
I'd be thinking the same as you if it went to Sky, for example.

I mean it's been badly handled in general. Netflix was where they should have sold it in the first instance as it's pretty much a global network. I can't see that it has much hope on their own network, shooting themselves in the foot in the one country where it needs to be a hit.

Plus it's not like Netflix haven't done deals where it shows up on one network, TV or internet, and they get it a day later or whatever.

Looks like I won’t be watching it then. We pay more than enough for television already (TV license, Virgin media’s fees).

Don't you get some free Netflix access included with Virgin Media or is that just a new customers only thing?

Nope. Must be a new customer thing.

I think they can throw it in as a freebie if you are new or threaten to leave - brother had 6 months Netflix included when they renewed the Virgin contract in his house.

Free trial - set up an email address and maybe use a different card than before if it comes to it... or get someone's log-in details if they don't mind.

Just wait until all the episodes are there first or at least until a good few have built up.

This is what I'm sort of hoping for from this show.
Nope. The U.S.S. Discovery, designation NCC-1031.
I posted a link instead of placing an image incase there's anyone spoiler sensitive in the audience.
