I can't help thinking that if you own the house you should be able to do what you like with it, short of harassment etc. Can they actually prove she intended to annoy the neighbours I wonder? Should that even matter legally or morally when it's her property? :? :|

It certainly looks a fcuksight more interesting than the others around it, IMO.

You could probably argue it away in Brentford, Doncaster or one half of Sheffield ;)
