If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

More little Florida than British Overseas Territory. Horrendously expensive, ineffectual government departments often working against each other, a barren featureless rock compared to other Caribbean islands, out of control domestic dogs, absolutely lazy local workforce, unbelievable incompetence at banks, telcos etc. Customer service is terrible or non-existent and consumer protection is a joke.

A couple of examples -

Over 800 outstanding arrest warrants in a population of 50k. An officer is highly likely to be related to any person of interest.

Dept. of Agriculture running trials of released GM mosquitoes to control population through breeding. Dept. of Environment still spreading chemicals in a more traditional eradication program.

Buy a new expensive TV or similar, you would be lucky to get a 30 day warranty.

Really wanna see Doctor Strange just so I can stop wondering!

Wanna finish Luke Cage just to get it over and done with (it's bloody dull), and before my work colleague tells me all about it

Waiting on a legal issue being sorted out (it's reasonably serious).

The day when companies can get their websites to work on a mobile phone. I mean I've got wi-fi and everything here...
