Na. 20's and 30's is young adult 40's and 50's is middle aged 60+ is coffin dodging. I feel fine today, but I'll be very grumpy on my birthday in ten years time. Thanks for all the messages.

So I'm officially middle aged? Trust me, you won't, (or shouldn't be grumpy) in 10 years time. I know I was quite happy to get to 40  Anyway, happy birthday, kid
