I've been an Audible user for a few years now. Nearing 100 books in my library.

Went with Batman: The Lazarus Syndrome (BBC effort, apparently they're great) - only thing that I might actually listen to, I'd much sooner read a book.

Listing said 2010, but yeah, they certainly did Knightfall etc (Bane from the 90s, I assume), Superman and so on. How the bloody hell do you download to an MP3 player? Or is it app-only? I can't even find where the item's listed in my orders or whatever!

More likely to have been 1989 . BBC Radio went through a phase of doing 'popularist' radio dramas. Have a look see if they've got 'Independence Day UK' in there, that one's massive fun. I believe it's DRMed in some way so I'd be dubious about them supplying it as MP3. Jon

Going by that pic, I have it as a graphic novel. So I've either never read it or totally forgotten about it I seem to recall having an Audible sub before and being able to download files, but I can't remember how I used them and it was pre-Amazon set-up.

Allegedly I can download it to my MP3 player with their software from the 90s, but in terms of options there's only a big button that connects to the online library that does nothing but offer me the software every time I try to download the book

Some MP3 players are supported, you'll need to check their website. With my Philips, I download to the desktop Audible client, then sync it with the Philips from there. For smartphones and tablets there is an app. If you go to you account page on Audible.co.uk (same logon as Amazon), you should get a listing of your library. I listen to them in the car, when I'm driving or when I walk the dog. It is a little difficult to read a novel and drive at the same time, listening to the book is much easier.

It will not let me download to my PC in any fashion, keeps taking me to the software page.
