http://www.theguardian.com/media/2015/n ... -athleticsI'd be interested to know what you think of that. I detest what the Tories are doing to the Beeb just because they're basically power-mad, money-grabbing zealots. A state broadcaster that even today stands strong and head and shoulders above any other despite our country's size. And they wanna drain the life out of it. It's sickening.
As it is, BBC online news is now way behind other sites when it comes to updates. The spelling and grammatical errors are getting worse by the week. The recent changes are about grabbing attention via racy headlines for the hard of thinking, often not remotely giving a mini synopsis of the main story. So lets make that worse.
Sport I don't follow personally, but one glance tells you it's quality in the main. The Beeb has also been at the relative forefront with 'minority sports', which I imagine even covers women's football if I had to guess. Which totally falls under the remit it's government and other opponents use as a stick to beat it with...
At this stage the organisation would be better paring back as many
roles as possible, whilst going further online programme-wise. Present the Tory morons with business plans for selling content while hiding as much as possible from the fcuking [LIFTED]. Nothing is ever gonna please them anyway, so don't do a fcuking thing until absolutely necessary.
