your not going to like this but ... the only way the NHS will survive is for it to collapse completely if it does private business can not get hold of it and the management would be left with the bath water without the baby it would need to be rebuilt from the ground up without private interference to control a thing you must have the ability to destroy a thing ... |

That won‘t happen, though. Any “rebuild” would be done by private companies - with either the lowest bidders selected, or those with generous “incentives” to hand out. With TTIP looming, you’re not likely to see any kind of nationalised health care in that situation anyway. |
