Late last year I was given an Apple Macintosh SE/30 in a mass collection of old computers and software. The donation came from the father of a man who worked with Douglas Adams on Starship Titanic.

This is not me, I hasten to add. It is someone I know through Twitter and "heritage computer" activities. By coincidence, this person also grew up in Watford about the same time as I did, so we k ow exciting places like Watford Electronics.

Anyway, he was dead excited when he discovered what he had a while back, but was cautious in case what he had wasn't what he thought he had. He's obviously done a bit more research on it. The computer in question is going to the Centre for Computing History in Cambridge which is well worth a visit if you are in the area.
