Now that Eurostar services run out of St. Pancras, what's happening with the Eurostar terminal at Waterloo? :?

I thought all of London was a toilet for tramps. Seen them walking along the street pissing themselves as they walk. Not a pleasant sight.

I was told that the Eurostar platforms would be handed over to the Department for Transport, who would then use them for domestic services.

Waterloo would provided them with a safe place to rest, sleep, discuss philosophy and fight over the meths. You know it makes sense.
