Hahaha, right, where do you live? Google "free-running in [your town here]", that should throw up a few places, forums are a great place to meet people for it. Try 3RUN, they're one of the most well known UK teams, as well as Urban Free Flow (not 100% sure if they're still going).
If you do start, be prepared to have your muscles torn to shreds, first time I did a back flip, I couldn't sit up the next day, or the next, even if you stretch properly, your body won't be used to that amount of effort, also, start small, don't do huge stuff, yes, you'll feel like a prat doing all these small vaults, jumps etc, but the confidence and technique need to build up. And so does the strength. The 'sport' isn't about brute strength either, climbing up a wall may seem like it, but there's people who are far weaker than me, but the technique they have is sound.
Also, gym sessions are great for getting the gymnastic side down, crash mats, trampets allow you to focus on the spin, not whether the floor is approaching. Just don't stay doing it in the gym for too long, it'll become harder to take the moves outside, which, I guess is where you want to end up. If you have a school nearby, chances are they'll have a long jump pit there. The people I know who do it use these (outside of school time obv).
Another thing to remember is that most councils, shop owners or public won't take kindly to people jumping about on walls. Taunton is encouraging it now, the Police support it, provided it's conducted safely and not putting the public in danger.
If you want some info, head over to
this forum, all the help you will need is there, tips on training etc.
Need anything else, I can get some photos of each move taken for you.
Have fun!!
