The Japanese commentary and graphics (which I don’t understand) makes this even more wacky. What a hair do!

Oh, dear. Have I started an argument? Finlay - I’m sorry that I only found this today, and I thought I’d share. Maybe I should hold off posting such findings in the future?

LOL, reminds me of when I called someone a slowpoke for posting week old news and then had to listen to them whine on for three pages about how rude I was. I just tried to find the thread, but wtf they've totally destroyed the old place now!

You know, sarcasm can be funny. I lolled.

It was more the site that posted it believed it was new

JJ, yes sarcasm can be funny, but Nick and a couple of others coming out with the same crap over and over about things like that and the fact I worked for Microsoft and enjoy using their products isn't sarcasm. It's bullying.

True, but that's not how I read it. I'm sure your post was an obvious joke.

Bullying? Get a grip!

The reason I made a comment was actually because I felt your comment was 'bullying' paulzolo. I couldn't give a f*ck who you work for, or what products you use.

Yeah my post was bullying and obviously a :) means nothing

You might not care, feel the urge to make then why do you feel the urge to make the comments that you do? It's not the first time either

viewtopic.php?p=53302#p53302

It looks like you do actually care about either (or both) who I have worked for or what products I use otherwise you wouldn't have mentioned it.

Those sly little digs are pissing me off now and I am sick of this childish [LIFTED]. This is the sort of thing 10 year olds do, I know from bitter experience, but wouldn't expect it from a similarly aged adult.

Now fin, it's a shame I'm going to have to explain it to you but it looks as though I have no choice.

;) <-- this is a winking smiley. It is usually used to indicate a jovial or humorous tone.

The fact of the matter is that you are pretty sensitive, and seem unable to stop yourself from being oddly over-protective of MS, so that was a joke about the fact. I couldn't give a hoot whether you're employed by them, have shares, use their products, or anything else. It was just a joke about your sensitivity.

Get over it.

It's also used to infer things that wouldn't otherwise be said.

I may be but there is no excuse even when asked to stop to keep having a go at someone for no real reason. It's not like I have been making personal comments or exaggerations about you now have I.

I would say I'm sorry I defend things I enjoy but I'm not. I openly enjoy using most Microsoft products. I have had a vested interest as an employee to promote what I do with passion, to dispel the incorrect rumours and to help others have a positive experience, not only that but to strive to make the product I worked on as good as it can be. Maybe you don't have such a positive view of your employer/employee relationship or a similar work ethic but I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and would like to work for them again. That is in no way an excuse to make a personal comments about another person in a spiteful and uncalled for way.
