Hello all,

Excuse me for starting a new topic purely for my updates, and feel free to call me a jackass for posting about what I'm up to. And I'll tell you I don't care because I've just moved to Australia ;)

It's been an interesting/busy first week here. I was non-stop job hunting for most of the first few days but towards of the end of the week I did a little more relaxing. I've got some interviews with my IT agency people this week about some potential positions coming up, so hopefully I'll know if I've got anything by the end of this week.

I've also spent some time shopping, checking out girls, sunbathing on the roof of our apartment block, checking out girls, swimming on the roof of our apartment block, checking out girls and I've also....been to the beach, which is always awesome. What do you mean did I check out hot girls in bikini's while I was there?! What do you take me for?!

So far so good I'll say, I had a call from home last night and got some (good-ish) news, it's made me a little homesick but other than that can have no complaints!

Did I mention the weather has been 25+ everyday since I arrived? ;)

Anything much happening here?

Glad you got moved and you are relaxing and sorting yourself out.

I needed a couple of years to really get back on my feet after my a mini-breakdown. Don't try and push it, take your time and do it at your speed. Good friends to talk to are important - or a good shrink.

Thanks for all the messages and kind words. I will do my best to get some pics of the summer/beach/girls up on here soon.

Belchingmatt I'm living in Brisbane right now.

Oken - I might actually be heading over to Melbourne in March to meet a mate, and there's potential I'll go to Sydney in the same month.

I'm glad you're all jealous and that not much has changed here ;)
