Anyone in the NE?

Anyone who's in the Newcastle area and can help me track something down/has knowledge of the Northumberland coast please lend a hand.

There's a (Victorian?) sea-filled swimming pool/lido (which when I was there last was defunct and had been filled with sand) and I'm pretty sure it was in the Cullercoats/Whitley Bay area. Can anyone help me by telling me what it's called and linking me to it on Google Maps?
