A superb permanent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and ambitious PC and MAC Trainer to join a thriving company in London. This is a permanent position, ideal for an IT Support/ Trainer looking for an exciting challenge.

I hope you don’t mind me approaching you, I wanted to make as many people as possible aware of this fantastic opportunity - even if you yourself are no longer looking - you will receive £200 gift vouchers for the shop of your choice if you recommend the person that we go on to place!! So spread the word!!

This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking a long term commitment, with extensive further training opportunities! You will have dual responsibilities of supporting the PC AND MAC systems, and training current and new employees. You must be able to demonstrate experience mentoring, training and guiding both technical and non-technical people on IT issues.

Your expertise must lie in working with both MAC and PCs on a desktop support level as well as extensive knowledge of Active Directory - group policies, administration, permissions, account management etc. You must be very client facing and customer focused as essentially you will be the face of the IT department. Good communication skills; both written and spoken, is integral to this role as well as the ability to work under pressure.

You will work for a company that takes pride in its relaxed atmosphere, yet professionalism and aptitude to learn - package competitive! Salary is negotiable, ideal around £25k.

If you are an enthusiastic individual who is looking opportunities to grow - or know of someone else who is - please let me know. You can either respond to this email with a copy of your CV in Word format, or call me (Dawn) on 0207 379 9955

Recession innit?
If it's anything like teaching, you'll snap up someone with a bit of experience who just needs the job.

Yep and a lot of companies have been asking for 25k for years. I've always had to fight to get what I want.
