I'm really annoyed with them.
A few months ago I was nearing the end of my eighteen month contract, so I phoned them up as I wanted to switch to a cheaper SIM only deal with more minutes. This was fine (or so I was told) and I agreed to go to a £20 per month rolling one month contract.
Checked my bank statement today to find out I was still being charged at my old rate.
Rang up Vodafone again. Apparently I can't be moved onto a one month SIM only contract unless I do it online rather than the phone. (Not what I was told the first time I rang.) By phone it has to be a twelve month contract. But here's the kicker. If I do it online, I HAVE to change my phone number rather than keep my old one (the one I've had for ten years).

What a bunch of useless twats!

How hard can it be to move me to a rolling one month contract with my existing phone number?

T Mobile are **** (begins with c...)

They won't let me order a pay up front mobile broadband fob and it's too boring to go in to all the ins and outs on here.

Well we public keep demanding these very complicated things!

I want to change my boyfriends contract from my name to his. When I was with Orange I changed one to my Mum with relative ease. Now I'm with O2 and you must change it top pay as you go then he can appy for contract blah blah. Can we really be bothered?

An update for you.

Vodafone called me last night, apologised, and put me onto a monthly sim only deal, with my current number, and backdated it to when my old contract expired so I'll get a credit on my account next month.

Kudos to Vodafone for finally taking the time to sort this out. I suspect some providers would have just left it as it was.

Could have something to do with the fact I told them I was thinking of getting an iPhone with them early next year.
